Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of jieeo (the “Platform”). By using the Platform — whether as a seller creating an order page, or as a buyer placing an order — you agree to these Terms.
1. What jieeo is
jieeo is a software service that lets Singapore-based sellers create shareable storefronts, product pages, and group-buy campaigns, and lets buyers place orders and pay sellers directly via PayNow.
jieeo is a technology provider, not the seller, merchant of record, or a party to any sale. The contract for any product is solely between the buyer and the seller. jieeo does not own, hold, sell, inspect, or fulfil any goods.
2. Payments
Payments are made directly from the buyer to the seller through PayNow. jieeo does not collect, hold, escrow, or process funds and never takes custody of your money. PayNow transfers are handled by the buyer’s and seller’s own banks under those banks’ terms.
Buyers are responsible for transferring the correct amount and submitting an accurate payment reference. Sellers are responsible for verifying that payment has been received before fulfilling an order.
3. Group-buys
Some orders are placed through group-buy campaigns that proceed only if a minimum target is reached by a deadline. If a campaign does not meet its target, the seller may cancel it. Pricing tiers, deadlines, and minimums are set by the seller and shown on each campaign page.
4. Sellers’ responsibilities
- Provide accurate product, pricing, availability, and delivery information.
- Fulfil confirmed orders, and handle your own cancellations, refunds, exchanges, and customer support.
- Comply with all applicable Singapore laws, including consumer protection, tax, and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for the buyer data you receive.
- Only sell goods you are legally permitted to sell.
5. Buyers’ responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and delivery details.
- Pay the correct amount via PayNow and keep your reference.
- Direct any questions about a product, payment, delivery, or refund to the seller you ordered from.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform — including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape it, or use it for fraud, spam, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or remove accounts, stores, or content that breach these Terms.
7. Disputes between buyers and sellers
Because jieeo is not a party to any sale, disputes about products, payment, delivery, or refunds are between the buyer and the seller. We are not responsible for resolving them and do not guarantee any seller’s conduct or any product.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, jieeo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, failed or incorrect payments, or unavailability of the Platform.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Platform means you accept the changes.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@jieeo.app. For questions about a specific order, please contact the seller you ordered from.
